Participation in the Prize Game, awarding of prizes and timing: |
Only natural persons residing or staying in the following European Union countries, who have a valid identity card issued by the authorities of one of these countries, and who are natural persons over the age of 18 with their own Mobilfox webshop profile, who are legally competent throughout the entire duration of the Game and who do not fall within the category of excluded persons ("Players"). Participating countries: Hungary, Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Netherlands, Belgium. Persons under the age of 18 may only participate in the Game and receive prizes with the consent of their legal representative. Any Player or Winner must present this consent at the request of MOBILREDFOX customer service. You can participate in the Game by creating an individual profile on the MOBILREDFOX website and purchasing the Product. A total of 20 (twenty) daily winners will be selected by random machine draw every other day at 11:00 a.m. between December 7, 2025, and December 27, 2024. Each day, the winner will be drawn from all orders received that day from websites owned by MOBILREDFOX. The prize is one Apple iPhone 17 Pro smartphone per day, for a total of 20 (twenty). (Prize) Final eligibility for the prize shall be determined if the 30-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order expires without result and the order is not returned or canceled by the Winner. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Prize and replace it with another prize of equal value. Please note that all registered Players who purchase at least one Full-Shock or Pro-Shock case on the Organizer's website during the duration of the Prize Game will participate in the Game and accept the terms and conditions set out in these Game Rules by making a purchase. If the winner does not respond within 5 (five) calendar days, or if their participation in the Game is invalid for any reason, or if they are disqualified for any other reason specified in these rules, or if they do not collect the Prize at the specified time and place agreed in advance, the Prize will not be redrawn. |

Prize: |
Prizes: The Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded by the Organizer exclusively to the Winner.
If the Winner does not confirm the Notification by email within the above deadline or does not provide the information necessary to receive the Prize, the winning Player will be disqualified. MOBILREDFOX will exclude from the Game any Player to whom the Prize cannot be delivered because the personal data provided in the confirmation of the Notification is untrue, incomplete or incorrect, or because the Player does not meet the personal requirements set out in these Game Rules for any other reason. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the Player. MOBILREDFOX will exclude from the Game any Player to whom the Prize cannot be delivered because the personal data provided in the purchase confirmation notification is false, incomplete or incorrect, or because the Player does not meet the personal requirements set out in these Game Rules for any other reason. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the Player. The Organizer states that its responsibility extends only to the delivery of the Prize, and it is not obligated to ensure that any additional conditions related to the use of the Prize are met. MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any circumstances arising after the delivery of the Prize, during the use of the Prize, or in connection with the Prize, on the part of the Winner or a third party. |

MOBILREDFOX and the business organizations, agencies, their owners, executives, employees, or other persons in a legal relationship with them for the purpose of performing work, or relatives of these persons as defined in Section 8:1(1)(2) of the Civil Code. Participation in the Game is voluntary. Winners who lose their entitlement to the Prize due to unsuccessful contact (e.g., because they do not receive the message due to their email program or social media settings, etc.) are not entitled to further complaints to MOBILREDFOX. MOBILREDFOX therefore excludes its liability for the failure to deliver the Prize as a result of the winner being unavailable for any reason after the Prize has been awarded. If the information provided by the winner is not true or is incomplete, or if there is any reason that does not entitle them to claim the Prize, MOBILREDFOX will not announce a reserve winner. All other costs incurred shall be borne by the Winner. If there are any extra shipping costs due to the size of the package, these shall be borne and paid for by MOBILREDFOX. By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that the Organizer may present the Prize in a public program, and may publish or disclose the photo of the winning Player and the content of media interviews conducted with him/her in connection with the prize. By participating in the Game, the Player automatically consents to the publication of audio and video recordings and photographs on the following platforms: the Organizer's website, social media platforms, and printed and electronic advertising materials. MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any malfunction of the website due to reasons beyond its control, during which time the website may be unavailable or have limited availability, but will immediately take all necessary measures to identify and remedy the cause of the malfunction as soon as possible. MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any external attacks on the website or the server operating it. Therefore, if you receive incorrect system messages as a result of an attack on the website or server, MOBILREDFOX accepts no liability whatsoever for such cases. MOBILREDFOX is not responsible for the availability and operation of telecommunications and IT equipment or for the activities of third parties. MOBILREDFOX is not responsible for the malfunctioning of online platforms due to reasons beyond its control, in particular: errors or unavailability of the server operating the online interface, lack of connection to the Internet, malfunctions of the backbone network, failure to connect to the Internet interface or part thereof. MOBILREDFOX shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that participation in the Prize Game is possible on all widely used computer types, operating systems, and internet browsers, However, it does not guarantee and is not responsible for the efficiency with which you can use the various systems when participating in the Prize Game. Participation in the Game with a profile registered by a third party is grounds for exclusion. If the Player uses a customer profile that they did not register themselves, they will be automatically excluded from the Game. MOBILREDFOX excludes all liability for disputes arising from the use of customer profiles in connection with the Game. When participating in the Game, Players are identified by their Mobilredfox website user account name. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any technical problems arising from changes in data that are beyond the Organizer's control (in particular, the deletion or inaccessibility of customer profiles). By participating in the Game, Players accept the principles of impartial and moderated communication. MOBILREDFOX does not wish to engage in negative communication about the game or MOBILREDFOX. Please send any questions or complaints regarding the game or the organization of the game to info@mobilfox.com. The data provided in the Game will be stored in the MOBILREDFOX database and used in the manner specified in the Game Rules. MOBILREDFOX reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions contained in these Game Rules. MOBILREDFOX is entitled to exclude any player from the Game, in particular if there is suspicion of abuse or violation of the terms and conditions in connection with the Game, or if a player manipulates the course of the Game in any way or acts in bad faith in any way. The Game may be terminated at any time before the end of the specified period in the event of force majeure (including, in particular, war, earthquake, disaster, epidemic, strike, or similar unexpected event), including in cases where the Organizer is unable to ensure the proper conduct of the Game for reasons beyond its control. The Organizer shall not be liable for any use of the Game or any modification, suspension, prohibition, interruption, or termination of the Game Rules, The Organizer excludes all compensation and indemnification for any direct or indirect damages and costs arising from the above, which the Player expressly acknowledges by participating in the Game. If a technical or security problem arises during the Game that makes it impossible or dangerous to conduct the Game lawfully, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Game. Any amendments to these Game Rules and any notices regarding the suspension or termination of the Game will be published by MOBILREDFOX at mobilfox.com/pages/mobilredfox-xmas-2025-game-rules . The Organizer will automatically exclude participants who provide false information from the Game. The Organizer may examine Players to ensure that they comply with the terms and conditions of the Game Rules, and if they do not comply with the terms and conditions of the Game Rules for any reason, the Organizer may exclude the Player concerned from the Game. No further legal dispute shall arise in connection with the exclusion. Players who participate in the Game with false information may be excluded from the Game at the Organizer's discretion. Participants or Players who engage in unfair conduct as defined in this section shall be liable for any damages caused to the Organizer in connection with the Game. MOBILREDFOX reserves the right to exclude any Player who engages in any (computer) manipulation, mass-generated profiles, or behavior that is in any way incompatible with or offensive to the spirit of the Game, or if there is reasonable suspicion of such behavior, the Organizer shall immediately exclude the Player from the Game. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Prize that is beyond the Organizer's control, or for any damage caused during delivery. If the Winner does not accept the Prize at the time agreed in advance with the Courier Service or the Organizer, they may not claim it from the Organizer at a later date. This Game and these Rules are governed by Hungarian law. Taxation MOBILREDFOX shall be responsible for paying any taxes and contributions that may arise in connection with the receipt of the Prize. |
DATA PROTECTION AND DATA MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you expressly consent, with full knowledge of the facts, to MOBILREDFOX, as data controller, processing your data in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016(hereinafter: GDPR) Article 6(1)(a) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in force at any given time, for the purpose of participating in the Prize Game and maintaining contact, for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing or until the consent is withdrawn.

Legal basis for data processing
We hereby inform you that MOBILREDFOX processes the data of Players on the basis of the player's consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, MOBILREDFOX processes the data of the winners selected in the Game on the basis of the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of delivering the prizes and performing the gift contract.
Scope of data processed and duration of data processing
MOBILREDFOX processes the following data during the organization of the Prize Game and the delivery of prizes:
For all players: Name, email address, telephone number.
For winners: Name, email address, telephone number, data required by the accommodation provider and travel agent for the purpose of organizing accommodation and travel.
Data retention period: 5 years after the end of the game, in accordance with the general limitation rules of the Civil Code. Financial data related to the prize, which qualifies as accounting documentation, will be processed by MOBILREDFOX for at least 8 years in accordance with Section 169(2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
If we process your data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without restriction, condition or justification by sending an email to info@mobilfox.com. Upon withdrawal of your consent, MOBILREDFOX will immediately delete your processed data.
Automated decision-making (including profiling):
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place during data processing.
Recipients of personal data and categories of recipients:
There is no targeted data transfer directly related to this Prize Game, but in the case of registered accounts, the Data Controller transfers data to data processors (in particular Shopify and Infobip), through which certain personal data may also be transferred to third countries (in particular the United States). Detailed information on the data transferred to individual data processors, the details of data processing, and the application of the legal bases permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR can be found in Appendix 3 of the data processing information.
Data security
The data controller shall do everything in its power to ensure that the data are not accidentally damaged or destroyed. The data processing notice provides a detailed description of the specific data security measures.
Rights of the data subject
The Player's data protection rights and remedies, and their limitations, are described in detail in the GDPR (in particular Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 77, 78, 79, and 82). The most important provisions are summarized below.
Right to information:
If the Data Controller processes personal data relating to the Player, the Data Controller is obliged to provide the Player with information on the most important features of the data processing, such as the purpose, legal basis, duration, identity and contact details of the Data Controller and its representative, the recipients of the personal data, and the Player's rights and remedies in relation to data processing (including the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority). The Data Controller provides this information by making this notice available to the Player.
Right of access:
The Player has the right to receive feedback from the Data Controller as to whether their personal data is being processed and, if such processing is ongoing, they have the right to access their personal data and certain information related to the processing, including the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients of the personal data, the (planned) duration of the processing, the rights of the data subject and the possibilities for legal remedy (including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority), and, where the data are collected from the data subject, information on their source. At the Player's request, the Data Controller shall provide the Player with a copy of the personal data subject to data processing. The Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for any additional copies requested by the Player. The right to request a copy shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. The Data Controller shall provide information on the possibility of issuing a copy, the manner of doing so, any costs involved, and other details at the Player's request.
Right to rectification:
The Player shall have the right to request that the Data Controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the Player shall have the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure:
The Player has the right to request that the Data Controller erase personal data concerning the Player without undue delay, and the Data Controller is obliged to erase personal data concerning the Player without undue delay if certain conditions are met. Among other things, the Data Controller is obliged to delete the Player's personal data at the Player's request if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; if the Player withdraws their consent on which the data processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the data processing; or the personal data has been processed unlawfully; or the Player objects to the data processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason for the data processing; the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law applicable to the Data Controller; the personal data was collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
If data processing is based on the Player's consent, the consequence of withdrawing consent is that, since consent is given by selecting the relevant function and using the application, withdrawal of consent means that the Player will not use the application.
Please note that the withdrawal of the Player's consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal.
Right to restriction of processing:
The Player has the right to request that the Data Controller restrict data processing if any of the following conditions are met:
a) The Player disputes the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction shall apply for a period enabling the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
b) the processing is unlawful and the Player opposes the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
c) the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the Player for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If data processing is restricted on the basis of the above, such personal data may be processed, with the exception of storage, only with the consent of the Player, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
The Data Controller shall inform the Player in advance if the restriction on data processing is lifted.
Right to data portability:
The Player has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her, which he/she has provided to the Data Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and shall have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where:
a) the processing is based on the consent given by the Player or on the performance of a contract (in which the Player is one of the parties); and
b) the processing is carried out by automated means.
When exercising the right to data portability, the Player shall have the right to request the direct transfer of personal data between data controllers, if this is technically feasible.
The right to data portability shall not adversely affect the provisions governing the right to erasure and shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Enforcement options
The Data Controller shall make every effort to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the law. If the data subject feels that the data controllers have not complied with this, they may send their comments to info@mobilfox.com or to the postal address of the Mobilredfox office at 1061 Budapest, Dalszínház utca 2, 4th floor. If you feel that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may seek legal remedy from the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable laws: the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.) or the courts. The legal remedies available to data subjects are set out in the provisions of the GDPR, among others. Data subjects may request information about the processing of their personal data at any time, which the data controller may only refuse in exceptional cases in accordance with the relevant legislation. In the event of a refusal to provide information, the data controller shall inform the data subject in writing of the provision on the basis of which the refusal was made. If the data subject takes legal action in the event of a violation of their rights, the court shall deal with the case as a matter of priority. The court shall have jurisdiction to hear the case, but the case may also be brought before the court of the data subject's place of residence or domicile, at the data subject's discretion. The data controller shall be obliged to prove that the data processing complies with the provisions of the law. If the data controller causes damage to another person by unlawfully processing the data subject's data or by violating data security requirements, it shall be obliged to compensate for such damage. If the data controller violates the data subject's personal rights by unlawfully processing the data subject's data or by violating data security requirements, the data subject may claim damages. The data controller shall be exempt from liability for the damage caused and from the obligation to pay compensation if it proves that the damage or the infringement of the data subject's personal rights was caused by an unavoidable reason outside the scope of data processing. No compensation shall be paid and no damages shall be claimed if the damage or infringement of the personal rights of the data subject resulted from the intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the Player.
